New Year’s Eve Rules:
1. Never go to bed before midnight.
2. Get together with family and friends.
3. Get some fireworks.
4. Have fun until you run out of energy.
5. Return home early: 4:00 to 6:00 AM will do.

You forgot a rule:
6. When using fireworks (illegally) don't catch yourself (or anyone, or anything else) on fire.
