Gerardo's Family Reunion in Dallas, TX

Last June, Gerardo's siblings and their families coincided in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Analili hosted all of us at her house, where we had a big barbeque...
... after much eating, we went to the neighborhood park, where the "cousins" ran around, played together, found and interacted with turtles, got chased by ducks, etc...

... after sunset, we returned to Analili's house and sang happy birthday to Stefania, who turned nine years old! Happy birthday Teff and thank you Analili for everything you did to make this day special for her!
We also had a chance to reunite with an old friend (Roger Bernard) and an acquaintance from BYU (Paul Johnson)...
A photo shoot took place early on the following day to immortalize this family reunion...
... according to Wendy, it had been eight years (or so) since the four of them had been together for the last time...

Only one person was missing - and yes - we missed him very much. It was Gerardo's father, who could not join us because of some conflicting commitments he had back in Guatemala. His noticeable absence is symbolized by the big empty space in between Gerardo and Rolando. Sometime we will photoshop his image into this picture... or find an excuse to get the families together again... but this time with him present... :-)
Stefania's birthday party celebration went on right after the photo shoot was over...

... this time with a pinata and tons of candy! It had been a while since we had had so many cousins together for a party - so thank you all for having joined Stefania on her special day!
