Houston's Zoo

For Spring Break we decided to do different things, and one of them was going to the Houston Zoo. Sofia was excited to go because she wanted to see her favorite animal.... the cheetah. The Zoo had recently got a few new cheetah cubs. We arrived there in the afternoon, and when it was time to see the cheetahs, the zookeepers were playing with them. The cheetahs were running after a big rubber ball. The game lasted for about two minutes, and suddenly they put the cheetahs inside their cages to take them somewhere else. Sofia was really sad to watch them for such a short time, but she then realized that a small truck was carrying the cheetah cages in the back... she ran as fast as she could after the car until she caught up with it... and there they were, two cheetahs facing her at less than two feet distance... That day we had a great time with Gerardo, the girls and my mom.
